They keep the kitchen, utensils, and their workspace clean and tidy at all times. They may also be required to set the table and serve meals to principals. Private Chefs typically specialize in a certain cuisine such as Medeterranian, Italian, French, Spanish, Asian, Middle Eastern, Indian or Mexican to name a few.

A Personal Assistant holds a university degree and has excellent organization and secretarial skills. They may have experience working for a corporation or in a competitive environment and have a deep understanding of proper business etiquette and professionalism. They are discreet, professional, and polite. They manage the principal’s calendar, make travel arrangements, manage a budget, organize vacations and social events, and communicate with the press as needed. They can also be called upon to run general errands and help with special projects. They are often required to travel with the principal on business trips.
