Our recruiting experts conduct an in-depth consultation either in person or over the phone and ask 15 to 20 questions to understand the family’s needs. Within 24 hours we send the family a recap email with all the search requirements for the family to review.
Once the family has confirmed the search by paying the non-refundable €300 search fee we begin recruiting. We have a database with over 15,000 top pre-screened candidates and, in addition to this, we use various online portals and send the job alerts among our agents.
We have high standards regarding qualifications and experience. To ensure we only put forward the best candidates we carefully review curriculums and credentials, check at least 3 references per candidate, and require up-to-date criminal record checks.
To help a family narrow down the list of candidates we present 2 or 3 candidates for an interview. If those options are not acceptable we put forward 2 until the family is satisfied.
To help guide the family in the interview process the agency provides specific questions to ask during the interview. We can also facilitate setting up the in-person interview and accompany the candidate to the interview.
When the family has found the right match we help them make the hire and assist the family and candidate in the transition phase by training candidates on site. We also provide programs, schedules, and training manuals for the candidate to ensure professionalism.
We follow-up with the family and candidates every month for the first 3 months to make sure things are running smoothly for all parties. Access to agents and support networks is available long term throughout the placement period to ensure any issues are resolved.
A non-refundable € 300.00 deposit is required in order to confirm the candidate search.
Fees are a one time payment based on the candidates first year salary.
